| 科学运用“思想分析”方法体现了思想政治教育的学科自觉和方法自觉，能够有效提高网络信息的治理水平，为疫情防控营造良好的人文环境，切实提高思想政治教育的有效性。在重大疫情防控和网络信息治理实践过程中，运用“思想分析”方法要明确哪些网络信息能够成为思想分析的对象，同时要明确“思想分析”的主体，以思想及其关系为对象，对其内含的认知能力、思维方式、价值观念、政治立场等要素进行结构化分析，以发现其中存在的“思想问题”并进行积极的引导，从而实现对网络信息的有序组织和管理，服务于重大疫情的防控工作。 |

| The scientific application of the “ideological analysis” method reflects the subject consciousness and method consciousness of ideological and political education, which can effectively improve the governance level of internet information, create a good humanistic environment for epidemic prevention and control, and effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In the practice of major epidemic prevention and control and internet information governance, the application of the “ideological analysis” method must firstly clarify the scope of network information of ideological analysis object. Meanwhile, the subject of “ideological analysis” must be identified, and the cognitive abilities, ideological way, values, political positions and other factors should be structurally analyzed with ideology and its relationship as the object， as to find out the existing “ideological problems” and actively guide them to achieve the orderly organization and management of internet information to contribute to the prevention and control of major epidemics. |
