| 坚持绿色发展能够推动乡村可持续发展，引领农业发展提质增效，构筑美丽宜居家园，汇聚乡村振兴主体力量。在绿色发展理念引领下，乡村发展观念由“传统”转向“现代”，动力由“外生”转向“内生”，方式由“粗放”转向“精细”。要挖掘绿色农业经济增量，盘活美丽乡村资源存量，优化农民美好生活变量，从而为乡村产业振兴奠定基础，为农村生态文明建设提供支撑，为农村群众共享发展成果提供保障。 |

| Adhering to green development can promote rural sustainable development, lead agricultural development to the quality and efficiency improvement, construct a beautiful and livable home, and gather the main forces of rural revitalization. Under the guidance of the concept of green development, the concept of rural development has changed from “traditional” to “modern”, the driving force has changed from “exogenous” to “endogenous”, and the way has changed from “extensive” to “refined”. It is necessary to explore the economic increment of green agriculture, activate the stock of beautiful rural resources, and optimize the variables of farmers good life, so as to lay the foundation for the revitalization of rural industries, provide support for the construction of rural ecological civilization, and provide guarantee for rural people to share the fruits of development. |
