| Based on the special background of China Post, and using the method of psychological research, this study measures the postal staff′s need hierarchy and job satisfaction, analizes the formation of the organizational environment factors affecting the postal staff′s confidence and their characteristics, and builds a model of the postal enterprise′s confidence environment. |
