| This paper probes the legal position of audience right,and points out that audience right is made of journalism right and media consumer right, with the characteristics of duality, independence, symbiosis, purpose and legality. Therefore,audience right should be guaranteed through constitutional litigation,volunteer litigation and civil litigation. |
