| 应全面看待高等教育大众化在我国快速推进所带来的影响：一方面，它使得社会人力资源结构呈现多样化格局,使公众的生存能力得到增强,同时也有利于社会稳定,并有效地拉动了公众消费。另一方面，高校的办学条件出现了全面饱和, 教育质量受到影响, 高校的经济负担不断加重,教育的公平问题也受到挑战。为更好地消解负面影响,高校当前应树立正确的扩招观、多样化的质量观、科学的发展观和高效的改革观。 |

| An all round attitude should be adopted in treating the influences brought by the rapid spread of the popularization of higher education.On the one hand,it diversifies the structure of social human resources,and enhances the surviving ability of the great public.Meanwhile,it promotes social stability and improves the public consumption effectively.On the other hand,however,it triggers a series of problems,such as the overall saturation of education couditions,the injury of the quality of education,the increasing economic burden of colleges,and the challenge of education fairness.To solve these problems,colleges are encouraged to adopt a rational attitude towards enrollment expension and diversified qualities,a scientific attitude of development,and an effective attitude of reform. |
