      与传统教学相比,网络学习的特征不仅表现为教师与学生处于准分离状态,网络成为传播的载体,更重要的是由于传播媒介的改变而引起的人际角色的变化。学习者不再是传统教育中被动的知识接受者,而是主动的知识寻觅者和学习的参与者;与此相对,教师的角色从教导者逐渐转换为学习过程的设计者和指导者,网络使师生地位趋于平等化。因此,建构一个由学习者共同参与,由教师进行引导和指导的多重互动的虚拟学习社区和传播空间,是未来网络教学研究的一个重要方面。
英文摘要:
      Compared with traditional classroom, in Web based learning community, the teacher and students can be in different locations, the Web becomes a new communication medium. More importantly, this new medium can change the relations between the teacher and students. The students are no longer passive receivers as in a traditional classroom.They,contractively,become active explorers and participators. Meanwhile, the teacher becomes a designer and tutor in the learning process rather than the traolitional instructor.So Web makes the teacher and students equal in position.Therefore,One of the important issues for future study of distance learning is how to construct an interactive virtual learning community, which encourages the students to participate and cooperate during the learning process.
