| 由于网络教育不同于传统学校教育，师生角色的难以界别和易于互换，使得既有的教育理论难以指导网络教学。网络教育过程的复杂性和多层次性使我们需要建立全新的教育体系，以媒体为中心的教育思想正是基于这样的背景而产生的。以媒体为中心的教育思想构建的教育体系应包括三个层次：教育媒体层次、学习认知层次、教育组织层次。 |

| Differing from the traditional teaching model,Web based teaching is characterised by the difficulty of distinguishment and interchangeability of the teacher's and students' roles,which turns the existing teaching theories ineffective.A new educational system is,therefore,to be constructed,which serves for the background of the generation of media centered theory.And the educational system based should be of 3 layers:education media layer,learning cognition layer and education organization layer. |
