| 提高国有商业银行竞争力可以从产权改革和加强竞争两方面入手。在短期之内，通过改变国有商业银行产权结构，可以完善公司治理结构、解决内部人控制问题，这对提高国有商业银行竞争力会有所帮助；但从长远来看，加强国有商业银行的竞争，在竞争中不断提高经营绩效才是最根本的办法。 |

| The reform of property right and the enforcement of competition jointly contribute to strengthening the competence of state owned commercial bank.Short termly,the alteration of the property right structure of the state owned commercial bank will improve the corporate governance and solve the problem of internal personal control,which is of great help for the improvement of its competence.But in the long run,the most fundamental way is to continually increase the managing achievement through competition. |
