| 江苏省信息化立法通过规范信息化活动，有助于强化国家宏观约束力，促进信息技术发展，推动经济与社会的良好运行和协调发展。当前江苏省信息化立法宜采用地方性法规、政府规章和部门规范性文件三种规范形态，在优先考虑制定信息化基本法的背景下灵活掌握地方立法进度。 |

| The standardization of information activities through legislation makes for strengthening the national macroscopical sanctions, promoting the development of information techonology, and hence impelling the sound developmert of the economy and society. Currently, the legislation of information in Jiangsu Province should be carried out in 3 standard forms of local codes, government regulations and department rules; besides, the legislation schedule should be flexible in the context with the preferential consideration on establishing the information basic law. |
