| 区域信息化作为我国国民经济信息化的重要组成部分，是国家信息化建设的重点内容。江苏省作为一个经济强省，其信息化进程对我国信息化建设具有重大的影响。通过对江苏省信息化建设现状的分析，肯定了过去所取得的成果，分析了其信息化建设中存在的问题及原因，提出了江苏省“十一五”信息化建设战略规划设计的原则以及战略规划的内容。 |

| As an important composer of the national economy information, regional information forms the key content of the national information construction. In terms of information advancement, Jiangsu, as an economically strong province, is exerting a significant influence on the national information construction. By analyzing the current state of Jiangsu provincial information construction, the present paper affirms its obtained achievements and expounds the existing problems and their reasons. Basing on this foundation, the paper further proposes the design principles and contents of the 11th Five Year Plan information construction strategic plan for Jiangsu Province. |
