| 高等教育大众化对高校的教学、管理、后勤服务等诸多工作产生了重大影响，同时也使大学生思想政治教育在教育对象、教育功能、工作载体、队伍建设等方面出现了新情况。大众化教育阶段，思想政治教育要适应新情况，解决新问题，必须进一步更新教育理念、丰富教育内容、拓展教育途径、优化工作队伍，增强思想政治教育的科学性和时代感，提高思想政治教育的实际效果，从而促进大学生的全面成长成才。 |

| Higher education popularization has exerted great influence on teaching, management, logistic services, etc. Meanwhile, it has also brought new challenges to ideological and political education to college students in terms of teaching targets, educational functions, work carriers as well as team establishments. In the state of higher education popularization, we need to adapt our ideological and political education to fit recent situations and solve new problems. Accordingly, we must further update teaching ideas, enrich educational contents, extend teaching approaches, and optimize team establishment to enhance the scientific and age elements in ideological and political education to improve actual effects of the education, thus promoting all-round development of the students. |
