从三大主要因素看体育选项课的实施与发展

      随着体育课程改革的全面推进,体育选项课作为一种新型的体育教学模式被各高校普遍采纳。通过对高校体育选项课现状的调查与分析,显示师资力量、场地器材、学生需求是实施体育选项课的重要因素。为促进体育选项课的实施与发展,高校应采取相应对策:合理利用与开发现有的教师资源,加大对体育教师的培养力度;正确引导和教育学生,培养学生终身进行体育锻炼的意识;加强体育场馆设施建设,积极改善体育教学环境;加强各高校之间的沟通,完善体育选项课的课程设置。
英文摘要:
      With the overall promotion of P.E. curricular reformation, optional P.E. class has been universally adopted by colleges and universities as a new P.E. teaching model. By investigating and analyzing the current situation of optional P.E. class in colleges or universities, this research reveals that teaching staff, field instrument and students' need are the critical factors to be considered in practicing the new model. Thus corresponding strategies should be adopted to improve the exertion and development of optional P.E. class, namely, making full use of current teaching resources and strengthening the system of further educating P.E. teachers; guiding and educating students and cultivating the students' awareness of life long exercise; enforcing the construction of stadiums and gymnasia and improving the environment of P.E. teaching; and increasing inter college communications and bettering the curricular design of optional P.E. class.
