| Wal Mart is the leading retailer in the world, modern logistic management system lays a solid foundation for its supernormal development, and the continuous promotion of e logistic system is the basic method to ensure the ability of logistic management. By discussing the general situation of Wal Mart's logistics and analyzing its logistic management system, this research explores the evolution of Wal Mart's e logistics, and further provides some useful experience and the mentality for the development of retail industry and e logistics in China. |
