| The obstacles for university technological innovation refer generally to those factors which hinder, impair or destroy the technological innovation in universities; and they can be classified into three types of subjective obstacles, objective obstacles and obstacles derived from system and mechanism. The three obstacles are with different connotations and features, and they are also with different causes and effects, as a result, they must be approached with different measures. |
