| By revising the hypothesis on the Ramsey pricing formula, which unifies the interests of consumers, producers and investors and results in the demand function varying with the prosperity of the industry, the paper derives a more specific pricing formula. The formula indicates that there is a natural cross subsidization in the services pricing of telecommunication industry, and unpuzzles some dilemmas of telecommunication industry development nowadays. |
