| 不同于发达国家高等教育的大众化，我国在推进高等教育大众化时，还必须面对教育自身的信息化。这就需要今天的高等学校要具有前瞻性的眼光，在推进高等教育大众化的同时主动接受和适应教育信息化变革，不断更新办学理念，以适应新时期高等教育跨越式发展的需要。 |

| Different from developed countries, our country has to face the educational informationization when we are going to advance the massification of higher education. It is necessary that universities and colleges have forward looking eyeshot and adjust themselves to educational informationization. We need to change the conceptions of running schools in order to adapt to the striding development of higher education in new situation. |
