| 批评性报道的细节处理不当可能引发侵权诉讼。我国法律对“细节失实”是否构成侵权并无明确的规定。司法案例表明，细节不真实或分寸不符只要构成对当事人社会评价的明显降低，失实的细节构成侵权；出于完整报道事件情节的需要，对某些不宜披露的细节性信息进行公开可能构成对当事人隐私权的侵害；作为细节要素的意见表达言辞过于凸显贬斥的主观倾向，易于产生损害被批评者人格尊严的侵权后果。 |

| Improper details in critical reports may lead to the tort lawsuits. Chinese laws do not give definite regulations on the case whether improper details lead to torts. Trial cases show that dishonest details and improper details which obviously do harm to a party's reputation should be regarded as torts. In the light of reporting completely, the disclosure of certain private details may cause the torts on privacy. Intensive depreciatory view, as a detail in report, is also liable to harm a party's reputation. |
