Abstract:In the last three decades, the starting point and the base of the reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction has been to stick to human foremost. To adhere to human foremost means the people should be treated as the main impetus of the reform and construction; the people's will should find expression in the practice of driving forward reform and opening up; different relationships of interests must be handled properly so that the people enjoy the achievements of development; the needs of the individuals'full development should be met; the people should be treated as true masters of the country. |
