| 长三角一体化的发展给江苏有线网络带来难得的发展机遇的同时，也提出了严峻的挑战。江苏各级政府及其有关部门应统一思想，提高认识，大力促进全省有线网络又好又快地发展。应采取的对策包括融通资金渠道、加快台网分离步伐、打造有竞争力的传媒集团、加快“三网融合”进程、引导有线网络向农村辐射、推进相关产业发展以及促进有线网络管理能力和竞争实力的提升等。 |

| The development of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta brings the rare opportunity for Jiangsu cable network, but meantime poses a severe challenge. The governments at all levels and relevant departments in Jiangsu province should unify thinking, increase understanding, and vigorously promote the sound and fast development of Jiangsu's cable network. The following measures should to be taken: circulating funds channel; accelerating the pace of separating network from stations; creating competitive media group; quickening the process of "integrating three networks"; guiding cable network extending to rural areas; promoting the development of related industries; improving the management capabilities and competitiveness of cable network. |
