职业生涯成功是近20年来人力资源开发领域研究的热点问题。国外学者对于职业生涯成功评价指标的研究,主要围绕客观评价指标和主观评价指标,并随着时代的发展不断加入新的评价指标,如个人市场竞争力、工作的意义和价值等。影响职业生涯成功因素的研究主要是从个人、组织、家庭和社会四个角度展开,近年来社会资本对职业生涯成功的影响也日益得到学者的关注。国外研究给了我们很好的启示,但由于文化的特殊性,中国的职业生涯成功的研究可能会得出一些不同于国外研究的结论,未来的研究可从职业生涯成功的评价指标和影响因素两大方面深入展开。 |

Career success has been the key issue for researchers in human resources development during the past two decades. Foreign research on career success criteria has centered on both objective success criteria and subjective success criteria, and with the development of career management, new criteria for career success are being put forward, such as marketability, the meaning and value of work, etc. The research on determinants of career success has been mainly carried out from individual, organizational, family as well as social perspectives. In recent years social capital have been found to be an important determinant of career success. Foreign research gives us implications and directions for future research in China. Due to different culture context, career success studies in China may have different findings. More extensive study on criteria and determinants of career success in Chinese context should be carried on in the future. |
