| 分析了我国废旧手机回收的现状，提出了生产商延伸责任制下手机逆向物流渠道构建的三种模式，即手机生产商直接回收模式、手机生产商委托零售商或电信运营商回收模式、手机生产商委托第三方逆向物流服务提供商回收模式。手机生产商选择手机逆向物流回收模式应综合评估回收渠道成本控制能力、逆向物流资源状况及管理能力、社会第三方逆向物流服务能力、与通信运营商的合作状况等因素，构建最适合的逆向物流回收模式。 |

| This study analyses the situation of waste mobile phone recycling in China. Three recycling models of reverse logistics under EPR are proposed: mobile phone manufacturer take back model, retailer or telecom operator take back model and third party take back model. Mobile phone manufacturer should assess the key factors including the ability to control the cost of recycling channels, the resources and management capacity, the third party's ability of providing reverse logistics service and the cooperation with telecom operator in choosing an appropriate take back model. |
