《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的实施为规范劳务派遣提供了法律依据。高校以劳务派遣形式聘用临时人员,可以实现劳动者、用工单位、用人单位的多赢局面。作为用工单位的高校,应谨慎处理因劳务派遣而产生的相互制衡的法律关系,通过有针对性的措施,控制法律风险,保障合法权益。 |

"Law of the People's Republic of China on Employment Contracts" provides the legal foundation on which the labor placement is based. Colleges and universities select the placement to realize the win win results among labors, staffing firms and social benefits. As accepting units, colleges and universities should cautiously deal with the mutual restrictive legal relationships stemmed from the placement. Pertinent measures should be taken to reduce legal risks and secure the legitimate rights and interests. |
