| 通过对具有一定代表性的苏北农村地区——陈集镇农村居民实际生活的考察，从社会层面以及心理层面分析了苏北农村居民的人格现状及其特点。苏北农村居民大体上具有思想上相对保守，缺乏开创冒险精神；诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，与人为善；以自我或家庭为中心，自我封闭性较强，但又不完全墨守陈规、逆来顺受，希望通过诚实劳动改变命运等特点。苏北农村居民人格的形成与当地经济、政治、文化发展之间存在内在关联。 |

| In the paper, we explored the real-life of the rural residents in Chenji Town, a certain representative rural areas of northern Jiangsu Province, and analyzed the personality status of the rural population in northern Jiangsu Province and its characteristics from the social and psychological perspectives. The rural residents in northern Jiangsu Province in general have a relatively conservative ideology; they lack the creative and adventurous spirits; they are honest and trustworthy, hard working, friendly to others; they are self or family centered, strong self-closed, but not patient in adversity. They do not exclusively stick to conventions, and hope to change their destiny by laboring honestly and so on. We revealed the intrinsic relationship between the personality formation of the rural residents in northern Jiangsu and the local economic, political, and cultural developments. |
