| 以联合国人类发展报告中人类发展指数为基准，对苏南地区经济发展与人的现代化之间的良性互动进行了实证分析。苏南地区人民整体享有较高的健康、教育水平以及较好的医疗服务，其根本原因是植根于市场与政府良性协调关系之上的强大的地方经济基础。经济发展、社会发展、人的现代化三者之间是紧密相连的，只要这三者之间要素传递的制度链条保持稳定，人力资本与经济发展就将形成相互促进的良性互动关系，最终确保经济长期持续地高质量增长。 |

| Referring to the Index in Human Development Report of UN, this study analyzes the fine interaction between the economic development and human modernization in South of Jiangsu. People in this area generally enjoy high standard of health and education, as well as good medical service, which is basically due to the strong local economy rooted in fine coordination between markets and governments. There is a close relationship between economic development, social progress, and human modernization. The stability of the system that governs the three elements will form fine interaction between human resources and economic development, ensuring a long-term economic growth with high quality. |
