| 在对相关文献进行回顾与综述的基础上，从区域经济发展战略、区域产业政策、需求与供给以及信息通信的基础地位等方面分析了信息通信技术发展与区域经济发展的互动关系。长江三角洲区域经济的一体化将从要素市场和产品市场、产业结构和产业布局、基础设施和环境保护、城市体系和城市布局、经济运行和管理机制以及制度构架和政策措施等诸多方面推动通信业的进一步发展。 |

| This article analyzes the interactive relations of the development of information communication technology (ICT) and the development of regional economy from the regional economic developmental strategy, the regional industrial policy, the demand and the supply as well as information communication based on the review of related literature, and discusses the opportunities that Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration take to the ICT industry from various aspects such as the production elements market and the product market, the industrial structure and the industrial layout, the infrastructure and the environmental protection, the urban system and the urban setting, the economic movement and the management mechanism as well as the system skeleton and policy measures. |
