| 常熟电子信息制造业发展迅速，然而总体发展水平与其经济地位不符。通过对科技资源配置效率及电子信息制造业发展水平的代理指标进行相关性分析，研究二者之间的关系，得出人才、财政支持力度、产业结构与自主创新能力是影响常熟市电子信息制造业发展的主要因素。 |

| Electronic information manufacturing industry has been rapidly developing in Changshu, but the overall level is not correspondent with status of Changshu. The paper makes correlative analysis to agent indexes of allocating efficiency of science and technology resource, as well as the development level of electronic information manufacturing industry, drawing the conclusion that talented people , financial support, industrial structure and the self renovation capability are the main factors that influence the development of electronic information manufacturing industry in Changshu. |
