微格教学是国外师资教育中普遍采用的、以课堂开设形式提高教学技能的一种方法,它在理论上广泛吸收了教学设计、教学目标分类、课堂教学相互作用分析、教学评价等先进的教育思想,在实践中迎合了现代教育技术的发展和师资教育改革的需要。南京邮电大学传媒与艺术学院采用微格教学对青年教师进行了一系列的教学技能培训,训练结果表明,微格教学是提高教师尤其是青年教师教学技能的一种行之有效的方法。 |

Microteaching is a method widely used in teachers' education in foreign countries, which train the teachers for various teaching skills in the classroom. In theory, it takes in advanced education ideas such as teaching designs, classification of teaching aims, the analysis of classroom teaching interaction, teaching evaluation and so forth. In practice, it caters to the development of modern education technology and the demand of teaching reform. In School of Media and Arts, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, microteaching has been employed in the training of young teachers. The result shows that the method is very effective in improving teaching skills. |
