| 在文献回顾与分析的基础上，以开放式基金为样本，对基金经理群体的特征作了定性分析；采用定量分析的方法，展开相关分析和回归分析，从而构建研究模型。研究发现基金经理的从业时间、任期和学历与基金业绩显著正相关，而年龄对基金业绩并没有显著影响。 |

| Based on the review and analysis of literature, the paper analyses the characteristics of open fund managers in qualitative method with open funds as the sample, and establishes a research model in a quantitative method which include correlation and regression analysis, finding that experience, tenure and college degree have a positive effects on fund performance, but age has no effect on it. |
