| Scientific concept of development is the application of the basic principles of Marxism to Chinese socialistic modernization. Being the latest theory concerning Marxist view of development, a strategic view to guide the socialistic development with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental principle which can help deal with global issues in a logical way, it can creatively cope with such important issues as "develop for whom?", "what to develop?", and "how to develop?" Accordingly, it is of great significance and of realistic, theoretical and universal value for the development of China and even the world. |
