      在市场经济和高校扩招的新形势下,高校思想政治理论课教师面临角色与功能弱化、职业与身份“贬值”、专业与分工错位、作业与收益失调的四大困境,以及角色迷失、功能缺失、尊严“丧失”、专业丢失、健康损失五大危机。只有把对思想政治理论课的重视落到实处,解决好思想政治理论课教师面临的问题,思想政治理论课才能发挥其应有的功能与作用。
英文摘要:
      In the new context of market economy and mass university education in China, university teachers of ideological and political theories are in the face of four categories of plight and five types of crisis. The four categories of plight are weakening of their roles and functions, devaluation of their status and profession, disharmony between their specialty and assignment, and disproportion between their workload and income.The five types of crisis resulted from these plights are role confusion, function failure, dignity loss, specialty missing and health deterioration. These plights and crisis can not be totally settled before we attach importance to the ideological and political courses,only then can the ideological and political courses exert their functions and roles.
