| This study explains the meaning and application of the Internet of Things, clarifies the relationship between the Internet of Things and Intellectual Poperty Protection, examines the way developed countries use the Internet of Things in the intellectual property to seek interests. Furthermore, it proposes to use the legal weapons to protect the intellectual property rights of the Internet of Things,to speed up the development of the Intellectual Property Protection of the Internet of Things in China. |
