21世纪初,西方世界兴起的真人秀电视节目,在创造收视率新高的同时,成功地移植到了中国,实现了惊人的经济效益和社会效益。中国真人秀电视节目中蕴含的“审丑”意识,不仅成为一种全新的美学现象,也是一种传媒时代具有电视革命意义的文化现象。中国真人秀节目所唤起的中国电视受众的“审丑”意识,既暴露了大众文化氛围中电视工作者与受众思想的肤浅、趣味的低俗,又拓宽了文化大众的审美视域,丰富了电视传媒的产业化传播手段。我们需要正确看待真人秀电视节目审丑现象,重视审丑的社会功用。 |

At the beginning of the 21st century, reality TV show of the western world, while reaching new high ratings, was successfully transplanted into China and achieved remarkable economic and social effects. The "Ugliness Appreciation" in the reality TV shows in China has not only become a new aesthetic phenomenon, but a revolutionary cultural phenomenon on TV in the media age. This "Ugliness Appreciation", on the one hand, exposed the superficial and vulgar aesthetics of both the TV professionals and the audience; on the other hand, it broadened audience's aesthetic perspectives and increased communication approaches in the industrialization of TV media. Proper attitudes have to be taken to view the phenomenon of the "Ugliness Appreciation" of reality TV shows and their social functions. |
