| 制造业的跨越式发展是中国经济奇迹的核心，而乡镇企业通过股份制改造和管理层收购等方式转变为现代企业制度下的民营企业，成为中国工业化的一支生力军。围绕这类企业中的一个代表——中天科技展开分析，指出高素质的企业决策人、现代企业制度的推行、善于引进人才、抓住主营业务、实行多元化战略是以中天科技为代表的高科技民营企业取得成功的主要原因，这也是中国经济奇迹发生的原因所在。 |

| The rapid development of manufacturing industry is the core of China's economic miracle, and township enterprises transformed by means of share holding reform and management buyouts into private enterprises in the modern enterprise system have become a new force of China's industrialization. This article focuses on a representative of such enterprises——ZTT to analyze that the high-quality business decision makers, the implementation of modern enterprise system, the introduction of talents, the focus on main business and diversified strategy are the main reasons for the success of the high-tech private enterprises represented by ZTT, which is also the cause for Chinese economic miracle. |
