| 职业价值观是大学生价值观体系的重要组成部分，它对大学生的择业具有重要影响。通过对南京地区几所理工科高校大学生职业价值观的实证调查与分析，发现目前理工科大学生存在职业需求自我化、职业理想多元化、职业目标短期化和就业期望值过高等问题。对此，必须坚持以构建和谐社会为目标，以实践为导向，推行全程式教育，努力培养学生的创新精神和能力，帮助学生树立正确科学的职业价值观。 |

| Professional values is a key component of college students' value system and may greatly influence students' career decision making. An empirical analysis and survey of the students' professional values in several science and engineering universities in Nanjing have found that many students have problems such as self oriented job demands, diversified ideal occupations, short target and excessive expectations. With the construction of a harmonious society as the goal, students have to be helped to establish their correct values by promoting practice oriented whole education to cultivate students' innovative spirit and ability. |
