| 通过对中天科技的实地调研，梳理了中天科技发展的历史，从五个方面凝练了中天科技企业文化的精髓，分别是：产业报国的企业胸怀，自主创新的企业准则，一丝不苟的企业精神，贴近客户的企业宗旨，以质立足的企业方针。五个方面是从不同角度对中天科技发展的总结，五个方面的结合形成了中天科技完整的企业文化体系，对推动中天科技进一步发展起到积极的推动作用。 |

| Through the field investigation of Zhongtian Technology Co., this paper analyzes its development history. It summarizes the essence of Zhongtian's enterprise culture, including its goal to serve the nation, the principle of independent innovation, the spirit of meticulousness, the objective to close to customers and the policy to rely on quality. This is a summary of Zhongtian's development from five different perspectives that constitute a complete system of its enterprise culture. The culture will promote Zhongtian's further development in the future. |
