| 江苏省正处于工业化中期向后期转变的过渡阶段，但是资源相对匮乏、环境负荷过重已成为制约经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈。江苏省应抓住经济发展机遇，以循环经济理念推动产业结构优化升级，调整产业空间布局，加快推动经济发展方式转变，以实现经济、社会和环境的可持续发展。 |

| Jiangsu Province is in the interim from the middle to the later stage of its industrialization, but its resources are relatively scarce and the environment is overloaded, which has restricted its sustainable economic and social development. Jiangsu Province should seize the economic development opportunities to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure according to the circular economy concept, adjust the industrial spatial layout and accelerate the transformation of the economic development mode, so that it can achieve sustainable economic, social and environmental development. |
