| 大学生是否能够“精神成人”，直接关系到他们的健康成长。在深入思考“精神成人”内涵的基础上探讨了“精神成人”与高校思想政治教育创新的关系。在高校思想政治教育中开展“精神成人”教育的途径应包含发挥大学精神在大学生精神养成中的潜移默化作用、课堂教学对提高大学生人文素养的作用、社会实践对大学生自我发展和自我磨练的作用、高校辅导员对大学生成人及成才的育人作用、校园文化对陶冶大学生人格情操的熏陶作用。 |

| For college students, there is a connection between "spiritual adults" and their healthy growth. On the basis of a discovery of the connotation of "spiritual adults", this paper elaborates on the relationship between "spiritual adults" and the innovation of ideological and political education of universities. The "spiritual adults" education in the system of the ideological and political education of universities should include the following channels: the potential role of university spirit in the growth of students' adult spirit; the role of classroom education in the improvement of students' humanity qualities; the role of social practice for their self development and self discipline; the role of college counselors in students' academic and personal development; and the role of campus culture in the cultivation of the students' personality. |
