| 运用DEA Malmquist指数的方法，分析了2006～2008年中国移动动态效率。研究结果表明，中国移动技术效率明显提升，而技术进步率低，这与中国移动长期依靠高投入换取高增长密切相关。同时对中国移动东、中、西部地区的全要素生产率指数以及构成因素进行对比分析，发现各区域变化率指数逐渐拉开，区域差异将逐渐缩小。 |

| This paper analyses the dynamic efficiency of China Mobile from 2006 to 2008 based on the DEA Malmquist Index approach. The empirical results indicate that technical efficiency has been significantly improved while technical progress was low, resulting from long term high investment for high growth in China Mobile.This paper also compares the total factor productivity index and the constituents among east, central and west areas. It has found that change of the regional index is gradually significant and the regional gap will narrow. |
