| 随着美国6 000亿量化宽松货币政策的实施，一种由来已久并在国际贸易领域占据核心地位的壁垒模式逐渐显露出来。后经济危机时代各国为保护本国经济安全在国际舞台上大打贸易战之时，这种悄无声息的货币壁垒便从另一个层面实现其实质意义上的贸易保护。这一壁垒模式将长期存在，并伴随世界经济复苏前景的不确定性，在国际贸易领域“大显身手”。我国有必要对这种壁垒模式的表现及法律规制问题进行研究，以应对未来可能出现的经济局势。 |

| With the implementation of the U.S. $600 billion liberal quantitative monetary policy, a kind of barrier which has long existed and occupies a central role in international trade had gradually emerged. In the post economic crisis era, in order to protect their national economic security, countries made a trade war on the international stage, so these monetary barriers had literally taken on trade protection function in a sense. This barrier mode will for a long term exist, and will accompany the uncertainty of the world economic recovery and play an active role in international trade. In order to cope with potential economic situation in the future,China needs to research and analyze the representation and regulation issues of this barrier mode. |
