| SaaS（Software as a Service）模式是通过互联网提供软件服务的软件应用模式。该模式关注用户的真实需求，具有协作共享等特征，尤其是在网络协作学习中有着很大的应用前景。通过对SaaS模式本身及其典型应用Google Apps的研究，分析了其给予网络协作学习的支持功能，进而提出基于SaaS模式的网络协作学习技术支持策略，以期能为实际教学提供借鉴。 |

| SaaS（software as a service）model is a software application model providing Internet based software services. The model with collaboration and sharing features, focusing on the customer's real needs, will have a great application prospect especially in E Collaborative Learning (ECL). By researching SaaS model itself and its typical application Google Apps, this paper analyzes its support functions to ECL, and put forward a series of tech supporting strategies about ECL based on SaaS model, in order to provide a reference for actual teaching. |
