从环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)视角出发，利用1985~2008年间江苏省能源消费及工业产出数据，详细估算了二氧化碳排放的EKC形态及排放峰值对应的人均收入水平。通过联立方程模型的分析发现，产业结构及能源消费结构是影响二氧化碳排放的主要因素。在此基础上，对截止2020年的江苏省二氧化碳排放水平进行了相关预测。

This paper, by utilizing Environmental Kuznets Curve theory with the provincial energy consumption and industrial output data from 1985 to 2008, estimates in detail the EKC form as well as the per capita income corresponding with the peak CO2 emissions in Jiangsu Province. The simultaneous equations model analysis finds that the industrial structure and energy consumption structure play major factors in CO2 emissions. On this basis, the paper gives a CO2 emission prediction by 2020.
