| 工业化与信息化的互补共进是历史的选择，工业化与信息化的融合（简称“两化”融合）是一个全方位、多层次、跨领域、一体化的过程。基于我国的产业特征以及工业化与信息化的互动关系，提出我国“两化”融合评价的客观性、系统性以及动态性原则，进而从技术标准、产业责任与产业增长，构建我国“两化”融合绩效评价的顶层设计维度；并据此设计了我国两化融合绩效评价体系，以期对融合绩效进行有效监测，从而实现我国“两化”融合水平的快速提升。 |

| The complementary development of industrialization and information is the choice of history. The integration of industrialization and information (hereinafter referred to as integration of two aspects) is a comprehensive, multi level interdisciplinary and incorporate process. Based on the features of Chinese industries and the interactive relationship of industrialization and information, this paper provides objective, systematic and dynamic principles for the integration of two aspects. It further from technical standard, industrial responsibility and industrial growth, establishes the top design dimensions, on which the system of performance evaluation is built. This system will effectively monitor the performance of the integration and rapidly improve the integration level. |
