| Double pressure from "ecological crisis" and "resources shortage" makes social development face shift into "low carbon". To seize this opportunity, "low carbon" cognition errors have to be eliminated, and the contradiction of "idea and action" has to be solved by value transformation. Systematic measures have to be taken to promote a healthy social circulation of low carbon value transformation. |
