| This paper studies how industry characteristics based universities can further enhance its research capabilities and improve the position in the university rankings. SWOT analysis has been carried out of the factors affecting the development of the universities. According to its internal strengths and external opportunities, scientific research strategies as focus strategy, ecological strategy and international strategy have been proposed. |
