| 为了解我国政府网站无障碍建设水平，以江苏省及所辖地级市政府门户网站为例，利用网络无障碍检测工具对这些网站的首页进行检测，结果没有一个网站首页通过最低等级的自动检测。社会各界的网站无障碍意识不强与相关标准执行力度不够是造成上述现象的主要原因。我们应从加强理念宣传，完善相关法律、制度，加强教育和培训等角度，推进我国政府网站无障碍建设。 |

| In order to understand the government web accessibility level in China, this paper takes Jiangsu Province government website and its prefecture level city government websites as samples and checks their homepages using web accessibility test tool. The result is that no homepage passed the lowest grade test. Insufficient awareness of web accessibility of various social fields and inadequate implementation of relevant standards are the major causes. To promote Chinese government portal sites construction, it suggests improving relevant legal system and strengthening publicity, education and training. |
