| 高校关工委是做好大学生思想政治工作的宝贵资源、得力助手和重要参谋。充分发挥关工委的作用，就是要以科学发展观为指导，深刻领悟高校关工委在做好大学生思想政治工作中的重要意义，准确把握高校关工委做好大学生思想政治工作的主要原则，深度突出高校关工委做好大学生思想政治工作的重点内容，即“五员工作模式”（组织员、辅导员、指导员、宣传员、疏导员），着重宣传党的路线方针政策，坚定大学生的共产主义信念；开展形势政策教育、思想政治教育；指导大学生社团活动，发挥大学生的实践主体性；积极推行法制教育活动，并针对大学生开展积极的心理咨询。 |

| College CYCC(China Youth Concern Committee) plays a vital role in the ideological and political work of college students as valuable resource, capable assistant and important consultant. To bring their function into full play, college CYCC, guided by the scientific development concept, need to profoundly understand their roles; master the key principles, and highlight such essential aspects involved in the work as organizers, instructors, supervisors, propagandists and advisors. College CYCC should principally publicize CPC's paths, principles and policies so as to strengthen college students' communist belief; carry out education on present situation and policies, as well as on ideology and politics; offer guidance to student societies' activities and help to cultivate college students' independence in practice; and actively promote legal education activities and provide psychological counseling for college students. |
