物联网产业是一种拥有广泛应用前景的新兴产业,需要大量的高素质人才。目前不少高校设立了物联网相关专业,但普遍缺乏一套系统、完整的物联网专业人才培养机制与策略。分析了物联网专业人才需要具备的特质;提出了一整套以创新与复合能力为导向的物联网专业人才培养策略;将物联网专业划分为传感器与嵌入式系统、物联网传输网络、物联网数据管理与信息处理和物联网应用与信息服务这四个专业方向,并分别设计了面向这四个方向的动态课程体系与课程链,以及创新、实践、自学习与协作能力复合提升机制的实施方案。 |

The Internet of Things industry is a new industry with potential wide applications. It needs a lot of highly qualified talents. Many colleges and universities have already established a number of related majors. However, a set of systematic, complete training system and strategies are still not available. This paper analyzed what kind of professionals IoT industry needs; then proposed a set of innovation and compound capacity oriented training strategies for IoT professional. It divided the major of IoT into four directions, including sensors and embedded systems, transmission networks of IoT, information processing and data management of IoT, and applications and information services of IoT. It also designed dynamic syllabus and course chains in details for each direction, and provided the solution about how to implement the composite mechanism for promoting innovative, practical, self learning and collaboration abilities. |
