| Stuart Hall, as the thinking epitome of British Cultural Studies, has made great contributions to theoretical construction and practical criticism of Birmingham School. Subculture is a most important theme highlighted by Stuart Hall and other scholars of this School. As an extremely important social and cultural phenomenon, subculture exerts a certain impact and influence on the dominant social order and ethics, which fully reflects the connotation and essence of "cultural hegemony" and "theory of articulation". |
