| 面对美国在世界范围内的文化战和文化渗透，加拿大提出了文化主权概念，并制定了相应的保护文化主权的政策，尤其注意扶持、保护本土广播电视事业的发展。与此同时，加拿大还推动发展了具有世界领先水平的媒介素养教育，并且取得了令人瞩目的成绩。加拿大抵制美国文化渗透的历史和加拿大媒介素养教育兴起的经验启示我们，在当前我国加强文化建设的进程中，要特别注意思考文化保护与科技发展、文化事业与文化产业、文化主权与文化霸权的关系 |

| Facing American cultural aggression, Canada proposes the concept of culture sovereignty, formulates corresponding culture protection policies, and makes special efforts to nurture and protect the development of native radio and television. Meanwhile, Canada promotes the development of the media literacy education at the world leading level, and achieves remarkable results. Both the resistance history and the experience of Canadian media literacy education's upsurge enlighten us that in the current process of strengthening Chinese culture construction, special attention must be taken to think about the relationship between culture protection and the development of science and technology, cultural undertakings and culture industry, and cultural sovereignty and cultural hegemony. |
