| 对技术应用进行伦理评价，最大的难题在于技术应用过程是否充分考虑和体现了各方利益诉求。作为一种新的技术评价方法，伦理矩阵将多项伦理原则综合地运用于具体场景，在充分权衡各方利益和化解利益各方矛盾方面具有明显的优势。通过对该技术评价方法的合理性说明，并结合实际案例分析为转基因技术的伦理评价提供一个范例，目的是为合理的转基因政策的制定提供一个建设性的方案。 |

| The biggest problem for ethical assessment of technological application lies in whether the interests of all parties have been taken into account and safe guarded in the course of the application of technology. Ethical matrix, as a new assessment method, synthesizes a number of ethical principles and then applies them to a specific case, thereby manifesting its obvious advantages in balancing the interests of the parties concerned and in resolving the conflicts between the parties as well. This paper aims to propose a constructive plan for making sensible policies concerning the application of genetically modified technology by justifying ethical matrix and by providing a model for the ethical assessment of genetically modified technology through case study. |
